The item was received in generally good condition, although the seller neglected to mention that the minute hand on the clock does not move along with the setting knob so you can change the hour but you have to do so when the actual time matches the minutes the clock indicates. Also, the motor for the fireplace is much louder than the two other United Model 455 clocks I've had or seen. Otherwise great packing and shipping, great communication, very good seller. Just missed a couple of details.

Price was good for both the item and shipping and item was packed really well. My only note is that there is a thin crack on the interior that wasn't mentioned in the listing but it doesn't go all the way through so I think it won't affect the durability.
