My second experience with this company and when it comes to the goods you receive it is of the highest standard the contact with selle is not bad either,but when it comes to shipping it's a disaster, no way to track the shipment and long waiting times for the shipment, you have to change this because you'll lose customers because of it....

This seller did not honour the sale. For whatever reason, they advertised the ShiftLight very cheaply, with additional discounts !?! Despite being advertised as shipped with 'Royal Mail Tracked 24', they claim it was lost in the post and didn't have a tracking number. I strongly doubt it was ever posted! If they'd simply contacted me and said it was listed incorrectly, I'd have understood and paid full price. Instead I have had to wait a month to get a refund. Spineless behaviour.

Slip-on arrived but it was the wrong variant. Whilst the picture displayed was the carbon fibre version, it was in fact the stainless steel version. Beware when ordering… however I flagged this with the seller and after some discussion, as a gesture of goodwill the seller refunded me 10%. The speed of resolution was good and I was happy with the result.

Ordered and got at eBay discount,I was happy to be getting cheaper than anywhere else. item was dispatched with fake tracking number then told by seller was lost in post and was last of their stock. Told to waited 3 weeks for resend from supplier. When messaged after 3 weeks to contact supplier started messing and avoiding to contact supplier, had to open eBay case or lose buyer protection due to time elapsed. Time wasters and scammers that never wanted to sell item at discount! So lied. 4 weeks

item posted with signed for, the tracking showing this would of given that away. courier lost the item so told the buyer can get more but would be 2-3 weeks or could of had a refund. buyer opted to wait and then a few days after opened a case for a refund so we obliged so not scamming anyone just a rather cheeky monkey like there name :)

Brake pads as described, there was a very slight hold up with the courier but the communication about this was excellent and the pads arrived within a week anyway, which was great.
