Item as described, Great price, great selection, They could have communicated better. Sent me tracking # which showed it hadn’t shipped and (I’m on deadline.) when I would inquire they just wrote it shipped. And all of a sudden it pops up as out for delivery. So it traveled from NY to Fl (6days) without a single scan. Really hate USPS. Give Camrise credit they were patient with me.

I've done business with these guys a couple times now and they have provided me with quality batteries that are in perfect condition and look brand new. Money well spent. I've also had great customer service experience with these guys. I had a battery come up missing in the mail. It was not their fault. It was the post office. I contacted them about it . They looked into it to see if it was legit and within the hour I had a refund. I'll continue to buy from them

Item is awesome and just as listed. This kit has all I need for a full day of shooting photos and videos. Wonderful. Now problems at all. Seller was great. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item or didn't realize at first what I ordered was not going to do what I needed and a hour after ordering attempted to contact the seller and cancel, but told the seller if they had what I wanted I would buy from them. They didn't have the color I wanted,but that wasn't a big deal the price was right,and the seller was as well so no problem here. I recommend this seller for sure. Thank you.

My issue is with the seller not the project. I had entered the wrong addressed and they weren't able to fix it in time due to automated shipping. I contacted UPS in an effort to re-route or pre sign for this package but there were unable to because of of Drone Super Store locking down the package. I reached out to Drone super store asking for help to unlock this so i can intervene in the delivery. So far they have failed to respond and have ignored my messages.

Battery product arrived in timely fashion and was boxed professionally (covered by wrapping paper, in original box). It came with a charge and fit perfectly with the charger assigned to drone. The condition of it (despite being listed open box) appeared brand new. There were no scuffs or scratches on it and its appearance was great. 10/10 would purchase from seller again!

I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. Avoid this seller and save yourself the hassle. I purchased a drone from this seller that was advertised as “new in box.” To be sure, I even contacted them to confirm, and they assured me it was brand new. However, when the item arrived, it was clearly refurbished. When I requested a return and refund, I was met with delays and excuses. I still have not received my refund.
