Item arrived well packed and as described at the best price I could find. Shipping got a little screwy; tracking info was provided, cancelled and then provided again a few days later. The item arrived within the given time frame of shipping. Prior to being given the tracking details there was an issue but after speaking to the seller the issue was resolved. The item did not match the edition but was the same product. The seller was able to provide steller customer service due to this issue. I am now satisfied with my purchase though wish it was a more accurate version as seen in the photo reference. Would buy again from the seller but ask for further details just to be sure.

Very reasonable price for the book given it’s an international edition. I did not feel as though this seller was price gauging in any way which is really appreciated given what I saw a week or so ago. The book was exactly as advertised and in its original wrapping so the condition and quality are excellent. Shipping arrived within the specified window so no complaints there. Wife loved the appearance of this edition and was excited to get it. I would recommend this seller and use them again.

The description was not entirely accurate as this is the India Special Edition of Onyx Storm but it’s exactly like the Waterstones version with some slight defects to spray edges. This is a legitimate seller/legitimate publisher edition. Solid copy to have and come wrapped up nicely.

I ordered this item and was quickly notified that it had been shipped, but when tracking number was provided, it only said “shipping label printed“. I checked back every day for two weeks and the item never actually shipped, so I ended up leaving a negative review. Books came quickly and were well packaged. However, disappointed that the photo did not match the product exactly. In the photo all five of the books in the set appear to be the same. The books I received had four books that were all the same size and the fifth book is significantly larger and does not match the rest of the set. This should have been disclosed somewhere in the listing.

Quality: Book Set Box was damaged, Books were okay and stunning. Condition: Alright. Value: Price is great for the set.
