Item arrived in good condition, as described. I was a bit concerned when the item wouldn’t track after a label had been created for shipping (according to shipping updates provided). Upon contacting the seller I received assurance that the the item had just shipped. Then the item started tracking within a day and made its way to me. No complaints on my end, but initially I was worried something had gone wrong. Once it had shipped I received an updated delivery date and then it arrived promptly.

Beautiful book, in condition described. This seller is operating in a strange way. You order the book, the shipping label is created (and ebay considers it "shipped" , and the shipment status never changes, until you, the customer, asks 2 weeks later where the book it. After the ultimatum of please credit or ship in 48 hr, the book ships and arrives no problem.

I had ordered this book to give as a gift. I contacted the seller when the item did not arrive on time and they immediately refunded the entire amount (inc s/h) and asked me to let them know if/when it does arrive. It finally did arrive (16 days after shipping!), and when I contacted them the seller wrote back a lovely note and said to keep the item as a gift. I highly recommend this seller!

Picture on eBay does not match the copy received. Picture is of the $9.99 dollar copy with same Barcode, book received is the $10.99 dollar copy with brown horse. Picture shown is different than cover of this coloring book received, as 1/2 of all Sellers show copy with tan horse and other Sellers show the copy with the brown horse. I am, still happy with Seller for their great ordering, packaging and shipping of book.

I purchased the item and a shipping label with tracking information was created almost immediately but the item was never actually shipped. This never arrived, but the seller did issue a refund even though tracking is still out with USPS. So, thanks for that integrity. This is the second order in the past 10 days which has been refunded by the seller. In this case the USPS has tracking, but their tracking shows that the package was not received by the Post Office.....perhaps the seller was ripped off by ???? Anyway, so it goes.
