The seller shipped me parts that were NOT the parts pictured on seller's eBay ad. In addition, the plastic bag the parts were shown in in the ad was new and sealed. The bag the seller shipped the incorrect parts to me in was punctured and ripped open (see photos). In addition, the wheel nuts the seller shipped to me DID NOT have retainers as seller advertised (see photos). I expec an immediate credit to my credit card and a prepaid return label emailed to me.

Sellers ad was very misleading. Thought I was receiving 10 clips for 6 dollars but only received 1 clip. Was told to return package and that would cost 5 dollars. So I just kept the one clip and ordered from Honda dealer and received 10 clips for .65 cents each. Will not order from this seller again.

I bought December 21st and have been sending the seller messages since December 20th With no answers And no Shipping updates they only created the Label, why put a shipping arrival time if you can’t get the package out to the customer in the time stated?? And no response at all from the seller still?? Wish I read their reviews before I bought ! Definitely am disappointed!!!!!

Several business days have passed and a shipping label has been created, but the seller chose to never surrender the item to the post office. Waited patiently for a week and contact itself. Seller ignored fire and never responded. If I don’t miss not received by estimated delivery date I will need to contact eBay and start a case. I do not recommend the seller as I was more than reasonable before leaving feedback.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! This seller does not tend to their eBay store but maybe once a week. Your order will be marked as shipped but it will never be sent out. You will have to spam messgae them over the course of three days before you finally get any sort of response. They do not mark their ebay page as away.
