The batteries were inside of a box and then (I bought 8) were inside of a brown shipping box. I'm across the US from where they were shipped and they are in perfect condition. I can see someone had a prior issue with them being in bags and seeing now they fixed that issue shows how much they care about quality of their product and service. I will ONLY be buying batteries from this brand again.

Great product and quick shipping. Battery was in a box box all by itself so it was smashing around back and forth in the box all the way to me. So far it looks undamaged but the seller should put some put some type of material in the box to keep it from being slammed around. See pic for lack of packaging. Still have 5 stars since it’s a great battery and fast shipping. But the packaging could be better imo.
