The seller was very responsive and extremely courteous. Product came on time and was packaged very well. Took a little bit effort, but I did get it on, and the seller also gave me some tips in order to make sure that it was secure properly to my Glock 21. First of all there was a problem with delivery, but not the sellers fault. It was on eBay’s end that my apt number wasn’t showing up on the shipping label. After the seller researched the situation, he found the problem. He was not at fault at all. What the seller did next was awesome customer service, he mailed a replacement item at no cost to me and made sure the apt number was on the shipping label! Thank you John! I will definitely be ordering from you again!
