The mounts on the battery are damaged which wasn't described in the listing, and it can fall out if you aren't careful. But I have never seen another seller package something so well as this. My other laptop (different seller) was wrapped tightly in cardboard and shipped like a book. Not the case with this seller. Great job So the battery issue isn't really a big deal

The item was a fair price, I got it pretty fast. It was as described. It was packaged up well with bubble wrap and foam packaging inside a nice box. I will for sure purchase from this seller again. My item was shipped the day after I paid for it and arrive 3 days after that via USPS with a tracking number. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in an oversized box with plenty of packing peanuts to ensure the post office would not damage it if it were dropped, kicked, or run over by a truck. I call it FedEx safe packing. (If you know, you know). Item works exactly as expected and was the item pictured in the listing! Outstanding! Than You!

Product came late but not the sellers fault, once I got the product I installed it and tested it out. Speeds were about half of what is advertised for this product. And the license key didn’t work for the program. The seller made this right 100% with a refund so the only thing I lost was some time but the seller was great and answered all my questions would buy again from them just a different product.

Item was damaged during shipping (shipping box corner dent, metal frame (!) of device bent and casing broken, internal shock indicator triggered, despite reasonable packaging, must have fallen 2m from forklift or such). Seller even offered refund, which I had to refuse, because seller was not at fault. Pleasure to do business with seller, despite the unlucky outcome (which is bearable, given the sale price).

This seller is a great communicator. I purchased a Grade A unit. They were transparent after the fact that they misgraded it, sent me photos, and offered a full or partial refund if I wanted to keep it. I decided to keep it and they were more than fair with the rebate. It was missing the power cord to which they promptly took care of the issue, with no hesitation. If all sellers were like this, nobody would buy from any other website. Buy from them, honesty and integrity go a long way.
