Phone arrived early. Possibly due to I paid the extra $10 USPS fee. The phone is in excellent condition and is working well. I have used this guy b4 to make a phone purchase in the past and he delivers what he say depending on the quality in which you ask for. And if you have issues and you notify him via email thru ebay he is quick to answer you and will to help resolve your issue. Even if it means returning an item and he REALLY works with you. Packing was a little beat up. Item was excellent exactly as described. Despite what box looked like that it came in. I did think that since it was an open box it would have come with the original box. It came in padded envelope and with a charge cable and Spen. Tablet is spotless and diagnostic run showed every thing is fully functional. I would buy from this seller again and will keep an eye on other items they have. Thank you

However, I had a very positive experience with everythingforless. The phone came with a case and screen protector already installed, the order was handled right away, and shipping was fast. I appreciated their proactive concern for my satisfaction- they said if there were any problems they encouraged me to contact them, I could return the phone with free shipping and I could keep the accessories for my trouble. None of that was necessary because the phone is working wonderfully. VERY happy!

The phone arrived and would not charge. New charger cord and charger didn't work. Spent 6 hours at our service provider to find out the charging port was bad and had to buy a wireless charger. Took 12 hours to charge! Reached out to the seller. They IMMEDIATELY offered a label to return the phone. I bought another phone and returned this one. New phone is great! Since I'd already transferred my data, he allowed me to hold onto it until new phone arrived. Exceptional customer service!

Try 2 - First comment didnt go apparently. Item was great, though my son decided he was not happy with it (thats a he thing) but the seller was awesome and understanding and offered Free Return Label which rocked. I bought a Z Fold 4 Referb and I just received it today. The condition was excellent only complaint was it wasn't mentioned of a dent on the spine where it folds.
