Purchased a starter for my Jeep and it works like a charm! The first one that was shipped was damaged in shipping, seller sent out a new one instantly! I will definitely buy from seller again! The only thing I could say that would help in the future is for the seller to not use Amazon shipping. They don't understand logistics very well and sent it 16 hours out of the way which caused a delay in shipping.

Package was damaged in shipping, mounting bold & shims were lost. Contacted seller, they asked for pics of the box & shipping label, I sent them the requested pics. Then I got a message that they needed a picture of the problem with the part. How do I take a picture of missing parts? I got the same message from them for 5 days, I realized I was talking to a computer, not a human. I bought replacement bolts for $15 and left this review. If you expect customer service, look elsewhere.

I haven’t heard anything back from the seller. I received an empty box. No water pump no gasket. They shipped with Amazon logistics and I can’t contact them because it wasn’t bought through Amazon. Very unhappy. Truck up on jackstands waiting for parts. The delivery driver put the box on the porch but never rang the doorbell or knocked. There were people home and I’ve got it on video. Did I mention I’m pissed.
