I was very happy with my purchase! Package was delayed by 5 days because of the storm & the fish was still alive by the grace of God & good packaging! If the seller wouldn't have packaged like he did, the fish would have died for sure. Glad the seller knows what he's doing!

fish arrived as described. genuinely surprised it survived the trip due to time in transit and below freezing weather. the package was insulated well and i found a still warm heat pack when i opened it. the fish sat in the distribution center for longer than i would have liked but i also ordered right before xmas.

Ordered 2 Oscars and he combined shipping. Package was scheduled to arrive in 2 days and was delayed another 2 days while in transit. Fish arrived 4 days after being packed and were in great shape. Spent over $500 on 13 rare CLown Loaches. Despite overnight shipping, they arrived absolutely covered in ich. Six died within a few days and I'm fighting to save the remaining seven at a significant cost of time and money. They were well-packaged and the temp of the shipping bags was 78 and 79 degrees. I don't understand how this degree of infestation occurs unless they were shipped sick. 42 years of keeping Clown Loaches and I've never had this issue with them until buying from this seller.
