It would have been a positive experience if it had shown up! But. Apparently the mail carrier delivered to the wrong address! Because the package went M.i.a. Sadly I never got! I've contacted the seller twice about fixing things!! And I Hope it's solved soon. I'm sure the nougats would have been yummy. And! If it had shown up! It would have been five stars all of the way!! If the seller fixes things.alot sooner then later, I may try to order again on the future. But right now, I'm very sadden.

This seller refunded my money immediately once i sent him a message letting him know i didn't get the filter even though the post office said they delivered it. That is excellent customer service. Thank You Seller for taking care of that. I still never got the filter.......USPS messed up on that one. Would reccomend this seller, because he stands behind his products. Thank You ! I contacted the seller on two occasions with no response and also asked e-bay to request the seller to contact me which also went unanswered. As per the UPS photo of the delivery of my package it was delivered but not to my address because the photo of the stoop where the package was delivered is not my house. Obviously the package was delivered to the wrong address. The seller should make this right and reship the item I purchased. A dissatisfied customer

This seller doesn’t have the products. Instead, he buys it from Amazon and drop ships it. Except, he ordered the wrong product (a cheaper version) from Amazon, and sent me a USPS tracking number. Especially confusing to get an amazon package with an item I did not want or order. I have nothing good to say! Ok, the seller accepted a return but it was a few weeks after buying the item. I hope the seller learned something about the stupidity of drop shipping with Amazon. It’s dishonest!
