BUYER BEWARE! Fire hazard! This seller claims to be selling OEM chargers, but they are counterfeit. I ordered an "OEM" Dell charger from this seller and while it has the Dell logo, upon further inspection, it is not OEM. The UL listing number on the sticker is fake and does not exist in the UL database, the sticker on the charger was smearing, and the USB C connector got very hot when plugged in to a fully charged device. Seller offered no resolution or explanation and eBay had to step in.

The reason I ordered this "Original Dell" adaptor is that my non-Dell adaptor will not charge the battery. The adaptor I received is not "Original Dell" as pictured and described. The adaptor did charge. If not, I advised seller that it could send me a return material notice and 1) send me the correct "Original Dell" as described or 2) refund my purchase price. After 2 1/2 business days no response. Extremely disappointed with factory-outlet-us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF ALSO.

Their profile shows they ship from Dayton New Jersey & China but it's a lie they ship from Forney, Texas. Super bad customer service they do not answer their messages until days later by then it's too late. They don't pay attention to details I asked them to ship it to different address and they didn't when we had a critical employee that needed to work. Only when we told them we are leaving a negative review dis they finally answer. Ebay is not for you.
