The items was listed as new but came with scratches on the lens and flashing and faulty packaging. I sent pictures to the seller and asked a reasonable reduction in price ($50) but he denied the damage yet offered a partial reduction ($25) to close the matter. Only after I initiated the return process did the seller accept my original offer for reduction in price. A little late to be honorable. Nevertheless he did receive the item back and refunded my purchase in a timely manner.

The factory box was totally wet and they just tossed it in another box and shipped it out ! The motor looked fine and it ran good for about a month, then it started making noise. I took it to our local motor shop and he said that it probably was wet at one time and the chances of failure was high. I asked the seller for a return and they said no. I am waiting for “EBAY” to help me get it returned. DONT BUY FROM THIS PERSON !!
