Ordered RO santizer solution but the listing is highly deceptive. Part number in title SS96RO is the part number for a 96 pack of sanitizer packets though the title states 24pk. I recieved only 7 packets inside a SS24RO (24pk) box. Asked seller to send me correct amount of packets but they only replied with "the part numbers correspond to the amount of packets." Will be returning and ordering elsewhere for a couple dollars more from an honest seller.

Item I received was not the same as pictured and not the same model # or brand that I ordered. It took 2 days to get a response from them (poor communication on their end). I was eventually told it was a replacement part for what I ordered and that it would work. They did refund me without question once they finally got back to me. Therefore, I can't give them a negative review.

Well... I haven't used the item yet so I don't know if I love it or not. This is dumb to ask this question this soon. However... the seller did great. I tried communicating with this seller since they sent me the wrong filter and I’ve been ordering the same once for years with them but they don’t respond. I got a redline but now still need the correct filter but will have to find elsewhere because if I click on the filter I want I don’t want to receive the wrong one. No apologies & it was a big inconvenience for me to return it. I can’t even take the great job off below. Won’t let me delete it.
