Horrible customer service! I bought an Apple Watch on 4/29 and it arrived on 5/5/2025. The watch already died on 6/5/2025 and the seller won’t let me return it because it was more than 30 days since shipment. The watch was advertised as excellent condition and shouldn’t have died within a month of purchasing it! The seller was unwilling to give me a refund so now I’m out hundred of dollar for a broken Apple Watch! Be careful with this in honest seller!

Looking to get a new watch and honestly,this was the best purchase I made.Gotten here within the time frame it said it would take to get here and after checking out the watch after getting it delivered,everything was as described <33 I didn’t have any issues with the product whatsoever (Did take me a moment to set up because I had to update it lol) but I would definitely recommend this seller to others looking for a new apple watch for a bit cheaper !

This was shipped in a well packed box (as advertised as "open box"). The charger does not seem to be original and charges slow. That was not advertised and would have possibly changed my opinion. The watch 47mm Galaxy ultra seems to be new and in good working condition as advertised. I would consider using this seller again.

Item arrived as described. Verizon said that the device would not work. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately with specific instructions despite Verizon saying NO. The device worked perfectly, exactly as the seller stated and is currently on the VERIZON NETWORK! I appreciate the support and guidance, not to mention a killer price! I have all good things to say about this seller. Although the cell phone I purchased did not meet my needs, it was not the seller's fault. The seller was easy to communicate with, they gave prompt responses and were very accommodating. I found the fault to be with the manufacturer who failed to inform people that in order to use the phone for WiFi calling you had to subscribe to MetroPCS.
