The printer was refurbished by Canon and looked brand new. However, it arrived with no toner cartridges. I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.

I was hoping to buy this camera since few month ago, and I loved it! It was a great price and no damages show so far. I'd only like to say that I had a TERRIBLE experience with delivery provided by UPS. I know it goes beyond the seller, but I'd like to recommend them to provide with more delivery options because I lost a lot of time trying to get my package and I almost lost it. Contacting with the seller was too hard and UPS was awful. But, as far as the product goes, it's amazing!

UPS delivered to the neighbors house. It was delivered incredibly fast-1 day! eBay notified me that it was delivered, but it wasn’t. Glad to have the notification. The camera (in its original box) was placed in its shipping box with one measly air cushion and it was bouncing around in the box when it arrived. They need to step up their packaging game and I won't order fragile items again from this seller. They are about one layer of bubble wrap away from being a perfect seller. The camera works fine though.

Fast delivery. There are questions about the packaging. Since the items were able to move freely inside the box, there is a problem. Another problem is that the parcel contained two cardboard packages with 2 bottles in each. Both packages were sealed by the manufacturer, and one of the packages was wet, 30 grams lighter than the other and soaked with leaking cleaning fluid. This is not good in terms of workmanship, because a couple of dollars from my wallet leaked into the box with the parcel.

The Watch is exactly as described. Beautiful and looks new. Arrived quickly and brand new packaging. I would never have guessed it was refurbished. The only issue I’m having is my carrier can not connect it to cellular. I had a CSR tell me it’s because it’s locked by Verizon. I messaged the seller and got no response. I have decided to keep the Watch regardless. Hopefully, my carrier can figure it out. I’ll have to call Verizon myself and figure out if they have truly locked it.

I had to learn from eBay here that it was delivered by Amazon not the USPS, I think. That is, it was by the Amazon lockers near the building entrance ,which I do not use. It was not in the mailbox or in front of it. It was packed in an oversize box but maybe that is good - it won't get lost. Ordered Friday May 23, 2025 at 2:12 PM and delivered on Wednesday May 28, 2025 although I didn't know that till the next day,
