This is the second of these units I have purchased. Both work perfectly. I have had the first one for about 5 years. The second device for about 1 month. I recommend them to my friends and think they are a must have if you have electric garage doors etc. I rarely carry keys anymore, just my phone. When I went to buy the second unit, I contacted the buyer and he answered my questions immediately. So when the device arrived it connected without issue! Highly Recommend!

Arrived today in very good time and was well packed and looks in great condition. Haven’t had time to fit it yet although I am confident it will be quite easy from what the seller told me, who by the way has fantastic customer service and offered me to return the item if I couldn’t get it to work after following his detailed instructions in writing and photos. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

Great assistance with purchase of remote - seller confirmed that remote would work after seeing pictures of my control panel - no problem answering my questions prior to purchase......saved me at least $750 as B&D told me they don't make the remotes any more and I would need to replace the motor/transmitter.
