When the package arrived, one of the remotes would not pair with the opener; communication with the seller was fast and easy, and they quickly shipped a replacement item. This company is TOPS, A-1 all the way!! So helpful in trying to match remotes for me, plus coaching me as to program set-up. They were brand new,, arrived quickly, well packaged....Unfortunately they didn't match and didn't work for me. I returned them, and received a total refund with no problem! The openers came on time, were new as described, and work fine. The seller was very unhelpful or completely ignorant about the product though. When I asked a question about compatibility they simply said, "We are just distributor of the item and the only answers we would have for you are that which are found in the listing. If the information is not there that you need, you can always try purchasing it and if it is not what you need, you can contact us to send them back for a refund." Really?!!!

Very accurate description of the item because there are different versions of garage door opener. Exactly the item I needed. Item came with instructions to program remote to existing garage door opener. Also, arrived earlier than expected and the item had to come all the way across the country. Was delivered in protected envelope to prevent damage to item. Highly recommend this seller.

The price was great and it was delivered in a short time. One remote was defective and I contacted the company who immediately sent me a replacement. Item NOT as described - Seller’s description stated compatibility incorrectly. Tech support/customer service confirmed this. Easy no-hassle return. Prompt refund. Item was well packed and shipped fast. Support was able to identify the correct remote which was not available on eBay but was available on seller’s website. Overall satisfied with seller. Hope they fix the eBay descriptions re: compatibility. Suggest contact seller BEFORE purchasing since descriptions may still be wrong.
