Customers, do not be fooled by this seller. They closed my return without authorization simply because I wanted to return 4 tires and they only sent one return label. The FedEx store that makes the shipment says that there are 4 labels, one for each tire. When I let them know that there were 4 labels, they themselves closed my return without my consent. They speak well and know who they make their purchases from.

Long story short. Shipping label was created the day of purchase and then that was it. Never dropped off item to FedEx. Inquire about it 2 times before receiving an AI reply which gives me no reason for the delay or when the item will be dropped off. Waited one more day and still no movements. How this company have a 97% rating is beyond my understanding. Why bother selling on here if you are not going to reply or do anything.

I ordered the wrong size tires at first. When I contacted the seller, my order was cancelled. I was able to order the right size tires and the seller shipped them right away. I give honest feedback; I highly recommend this seller. They have good prices, quick response time, and quick shipping. The one thing that can be better, is shipping items/item in better packaging, in this case the tires could have been zip-tied together and wrapped in shrunk wrap.

received my wheels one of them was previously returned had some scratches I contacted seller and had to submit all my pictures and labels I was told I could get refund or replacement I needed wheel now thats why i ordered them I told them I could have it polished locally but they would not refund that cost so I am still waiting for shipping return label they will not ship replacement until damaged one is returned all could be avoided if they just checked what gets sent out I cant wait any more
