Omg! Huge The Office fan! This was exactly as described and brand new. The box was a bit creased in some spots, but I'm almost positive, based on what I saw on my Google Doorbell that the mailman did that to the box (literally threw the box at the door). The packaging was very secure, so I blame this on USPS. Other than that, just as described. I recommend this seller.

Mixed feelings on this dealing. I put in offer that was declined. Then when I just bought item at full price Ebay or the way seller had things set up I was charged for my declined offer and received 2 sets. They arrived promptly and in good shape so I am leaving a positive rating. However, I am not pleased with how the transaction went. Seller doesn't offer returns.

Great seller. Very quick shipping. This seller might need to make it clearer to other buyers that without the battery box and motor, this needs extra pieces to jerry rig the build. I was able to come up with the pieces needed to construct an unmotorized wheel truck. I was able to use an unused battery box I had to make it so the side panels could be attached. I assumed this when making the purchase, but others might not. The order came in perfect shape and as advertised.

Shipped defective sets that came with creases. Did not properly secure the sets into packages with bubble wraps. Moreover, the package had enough space to contain only 5 boxes, yet seller squeezed 6 into it. Seller claimed creases are factory defects. Seller should had pointed out the creases before selling, not to not misrepresent the sets as MINT. Many delays in shipping. Refused to compensate and I had to raised a dispute via PayPal. PayPal ruled in my favour. Good Luck. Unscrupulous seller.

Buyer makes up a lot of things and knows how to scam the system . Buyer uses freight forwarder companies and when you tell them return the item for a replacement, they refuse as they are overseas. They then open a dispute and ask for 20% and off course eBay will side with the buyer so you end up loosing. Very suspicious activity with this buyer. Buyer claims that I refused to compensate which is total lies. I offered them 10% but off course they wanted to force 20 so they stopped answering.
