I ordered this book because it was described as "brand new". I contacted the seller to request careful packing, but received no response. The book arrived quickly in a cardboard wrapper with no extra padding, but the top and bottom edges of the dust jacket had been "boinked" (the jacket was wrinkled and the paper layers separated). The damage wasn't so bad that I would want to return the book, but it was annoying because the item was in brand new condition. Just disappointing, you know?
