Seller incorrectly listed an item as "New" and when the item arrived, I found the item was not new but instead it was used, showed some damage and wear. I asked the seller to accept a return and to refund my $$$. They were very friendly & quick to respond, they accepted the return and quickly refunded me in full. Items were as described sort of - very dirty and full of spider webs, which was very gross but didn't bother me as the packaging. The box which obviously stored the items in someone's attic then used for shipping was not in good shape and wasn't even taped shut. Items fell out when I picked up the box. Shipping costs also seemed high to me as well. I'm rating generous as this was from a California charity. I realize I expect more from other states.

Largest item not Sterling silver, but is electroplated. Still a good deal. Description not 100% accurate as it states the lot is sterling, but the photos show the electroplated hallmark clearly on this one piece. Packed very well. Paid for FedEx home delivery, but got USPS Ground Advantage. Overall, the value of the silver outweighed all these issues. Just keep an eye on this seller. Happy with this particular purchase.
