Good price even for having one of the lanyard knubs broken off although not mention in description. Packing was questionable just wrapped in plastic and dropped in box. No bubble or paper to provide protection. Shipping time was ok nothing special or awful..

I bought the item knowing it had issues. The seller’s photos very clearly pointed out each damaged area. And each boo-boo was highlighted with an arrow. I give goodwillrs very high marks for its accurate and honest description! I also messaged the seller with a question and received a swift reply. The item was well-packaged and arrived in good shape. The item arrived on time. I opened up the parcel to find the jewel case of the CD shattered but I was expecting some damages anyways so I quickly resolved this by replacing the door of the jewel case and it looks good as new. Goodwill’s packing team did an okay job with packaging, they could have added extra layers of bubble wrap for media. The item was as described, looks exactly like was displayed on the thumbnail of the listing. The disc costed about $8 which is really good value for money.

I also bought 2 items which shipped together, but despite saying they would offer a shipping discount, they never responded after that and never sent a discount. That being said, still got the item I wanted at a price I'm happy with, so the shipping disappointment is nothing major.

Pros: Good book ar a good price. Cons: Poor shipping protection. Sent book in a thin poly mailer bag with zero padding, bubble wrap, or anything else to prevent damage. Consequently the book has a dent / tear on the cover. I can't prove that the damage occurred prior to shipping since the listing only shows stock photos. But this doesn't instill confidence to be a repeat buyer. Debated on rating neutral. Please be more careful in the future. Thanks.
