Good seller and quick shipping, but I asked to have the boxes plastic wrapped for shipping and they came dirty with stickers all over them and no plastic wrap. My message was ignored or didn’t get relayed to shipping.

Aside from that this can was exactly what I wanted at a fair price, what really needs praise is how the seller handled a shipping that went sideways. The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

Grainger and the part I ordered are excellent. DHL the shipping company was terrible to deal with. We live in rural Canada. Package was held up twice once at the border. Received notification from DHL that it may be delayed through eBay no call or email. Grainger finally reached out to say futies are owed. Fine. Trying to pay or contact someone online was terrible. People I dealt with personally at their office were great. DHL get a better online setup and easier ways to contact local people

This item was as advertised. The thing that impressed me most was the shipping/delivery that was used, namely FedEx. I received the item in TWO DAYS, and unlike other items shipped to me USPS in the last year it wasn't lost, delivered to the wrong address, left in a distribution center for two weeks, or run over by a fork lift. Thanks to the seller for using this delivery service.

My experience with Grainger was PHENOMENAL. I searched all over EBay and Amazon for the best price on this particular size box and Grainger beat everyone by 30% less. I had a problem though, they only had 50 boxes available. I messaged them and got almost an immediate response informing me that more would be posted tomorrow. To put the icing on the cake my order arrived the NEXT DAY! I will definitely be using them again.
