After over a week, seller sent a tracking number, but never sent item. This is an oft-repeated problem with the seller, as they have done this to many sellers. I escalated to ebay involvement. Seller said they re-sent, but they lied. Ebay refunded. Buyer beware with this seller. They seem to rip off more than a few sellers.

Never shipped after purchase. Received "tracking number" but no evidence of actual shipping. Contacted company; received a "lost in the mail" explanation despite no shipping on the tracking history, received another "tracking number," received a promise that another would be sent ASAP, then again, no evidence of shipping. Fortunately, due to ebay's intervention, EBAY reimbursed me. I haven't heard another thing from this disreputable company. Store has presence on multiple platforms...BE CAREFUL

They did reply to my questions, and indicated they were modifying their system to show if items were out of stock. I hope they will be able to do this for the seasonal plugs as they have done for the non-seasonal plugs I have purchased from them. They do make very nice hitch plugs. Thx!
