Arrived in perfect boxes, no holes or crumpled corners, definitely never dropped during shipping, and box was retaped. Inside contents a different story altogether, multiple dings on both undershelves and both stainless tops have bashed in corners, both totally useless. Photos sent to Seller. Seller responded “We’ll get back in couple hours”, it’s been days now. Poor customer service and signs showing a Seller of returned items.

Although the bolts sent with the rack were to short, and there were no pre drilled holes for mounting the rack, they were very prompt in offering to let me send it back with a full refund or a parcel refund if I thought I could make it work. I chose the latter. So with them being so quick to resolve my problem, I could only think they would have addressed and fixed these issues by now. But I can only tell my experience so that’s why I can only give the item a three star.

The package fell apart during transit and was taped back together by Fedex into something more resembling a bag than a box. (A dated Fedex notice was *below* all the tape.) It appeared to have all of the components, they were just loose. I won't reduce my rating since I received everything and it's in working order, but I would encourage the vendor to pack heavy items better, or at least *heavily* reinforce the box with tape for an item like this.

I was a little disappointed with packaging of item and it came with no hydraulic oil or instruction of filling with oil. Overall, it appeared good and seems to work with oil that I had to purchase. It was shipped fast. I'm not sure if Fed EX or someone that handled the item was very careful, since it was partially out of the box when I received it. Seller is working with me on the issues though and seems to want to make things right!
