Canceled the order within minutes after ordering due to the wrong address for delivery. I messaged them instantly the correct address but did no good. They said that the package was already sent within 5 minutesof ordering, which was BS. I'll certainly NEVER order from this seller again.

Well described VW OEM part for my 2002 VW Passat. VW stopped supplying this part several years ago and it is no longer available from the US dealer network computer system. It was well packaged and promptly shipped. I will definitely consider doing business with this dealer again when looking for replacement Passat B5 parts.

I don’t recommend this seller, not sure who or what they are. Parts were not the pictured parts, it looks very different than item pictured, although my mechanic said it would work it is not what we were lead to believe we were ordering. Did not answer questions directly; kind of danced around with answers that did not exactly answer questions. Item was not received within stated shipping time frame. Item was not shipped from listing address, in fact none of their addresses matched anything.

Try to contact seller several times but no answer. I have a question about the product seems to me to be wrong but the seller hasn't responded and I don't want to install a wrong part on my vehicle. When I brought the O ring his description shows a red O ring just like the one I need but the one he sent is black. GM recommend to replace the same color as the one was removed. Now I don't know if the black is the correct replacement or not because the seller doesn't clarify that to me yet.

Had issue with shipping. Took 16 days to receive my item. Package was ripped. One of the two nuts were missing attempted to contact seller like seven times. He never replied. Report it to eBay because they claim money back guarantee. Told them what all took place and they closed the case. So I paid $34 and only received one nut out of the two nuts I was supposed to receive.

I bought the product because I needed it on the dates you mentioned when I made the purchase. The delivery was after those scheduled days, and I had to fix my car since I wasn't home. I had to buy it at Orally, which was more expensive, but they delivered it to me on time. It's not fair that I have to pay for the return of these when it was your fault. I begged you for the favor with several messages, but it seems like you care more about $27 than your reputation and terrible service.

Ordered a radiator hose from the seller and he sent me a totally different part. I do not recommend buying from the seller. I even messaged the seller before I purchased the part to make sure it was the correct one and they sent a totally different part that has nothing to do with a radiator hose. They are not 100% accurate on their description on items being sold.
