It was not until my requesting of where my item was that they told me that item was not in stock and they had not been expecting any stock for quite some time. I have the vehicle on a list and a part waiting for this part. I had to source it from a different supplier which I received within four days. Their communication is extremely poor. Can I say I would recommend them to anyone at this point

The first Turbo came out seized, but the seller quickly remedied the situation. I purchased a second one, sent the defective one back with the seller paying the shipping back and my original purchase was fully refunded. Thank you for the great service. Scammers, listed that they sell remanufactured turbos when I received significantly old and used turbos that were spray painted silver and claimed to be rebuilt. Quick bore scope of both turbos internally show that neither turbo has been remanufactured, let alone refurbished. This seller is a scammer listing fake services/items.

You should order your turbo part here. If you are unsure, contact them 1st. They will make sure you get the right stuff. I received my parts quickly and had my truck up and running. It's but twos weeks and no problems.

the sellers' website states that it was a remanufactured item. that is a complete lie, upon receipt of the item and opening the package finding that nothing was sealed, hand spinning of the turbine wheel showed evidence of contamination. disassembly of the unit found water, rust and dirty oil. We emailed the seller and received no response. We have disputed the payment method. the attached pictures quote the reman criteria, and the filth on the inside. All this item got was Krylon overhaul!
