Seller contacted me immediately, as I had purchased an HP3-A air purifier from them about 2.5 years ago, and told me the HP3 filters are not compatible with the HP3-A. I cancelled the order and they refunded the charges immediately for me. I found a compatible replacement from another brand, after contacting the manufacturer directly, and will buy them from this seller, if they carry them. I'd like to say this seller is very detailed and responsible for their products. About 1 year ago I ordered a HP9 purifier from this seller and some days ago I ordered 6 HP8 filters -- yes, I ordered by mistake, it should be of model Hp9 -- The seller found my ordering history and corrected ne immeidately and changed the order to HP9.
