This is the best seller that I've ever dealt with. I ordered a TV series of DVD's. The first three discs would stop and start. I requested to return the item. No sooner had I sent the request the return shipping label appeared on my screen. The item consisted of three parts. I mistakenly sent back only one of the three. I asked what to do. This seller messaged back that a return of the other parts was unnecessary. This whole pleasant experience stood out above any other I've ever experienced.
