I couldn't be happier with this transaction! The seller did everything positive for me. I just had surgery on the 7th. I was hoping to text the knee walker by then but, due to MY procrastination I was informed it would arrive on the 8th. However, to make this an even better experience it arrived on the 7th! After minor assembly I was "on the road " with a knee walker I would've had to have paid double if bought elsewhere. Brand spanking new!! Guess what? I'm thrilled!! Thank you

Arrived quickly! The box had a hole in it but all parts were there. There was a small bend in one of the connections that prevented it from locking together. Nothing pliers couldn’t fix in 30 seconds. Like new conditions otherwise. Great buy

The travel dog crate was excellent value, like new condition in original packaging, matched the appearance that was pictured, and seems to be good quality. It's hard to tell since my dog used it only once. I was very pleased that I won the auction with a minimum bid. With free shipping it was a never better deal. The box was extremely damaged. The bag was missing, and I did not receive any return communication from the seller. I wrote to ask about the bag, but never received a response. The walker itself was ok, it had minor scratches, and showed some wear. I would have loved to receive a response from the seller.

Great buy! Looks brand new (listed as used but clearly very gently used) and can’t beat the price!! This is not the one I ordered, I ordered the pink one and they sent black one. I called and said there's nothing they can do, they do not have pink. BUYER Beware.I noticed this has happened to several ebayers. Unbelievable, didn't try to compensate in anyway. If you don't have it DON'T ADVERTISE and mislead people just to get rid of your other stock!!
