Received the gun grips, however, one grip was defective and was cracked. I noticed the wood was very light in weight and density. Contacted seller via email per enclosed packaging and explained the issue, along with pictures. Customer service responded quickly, addressed my complaint, and promptly issued credit to my charge card. I'm disappointed the grips were defective as I had bought them as a early birthday present for myself, and to dress up my .38 revolver. Good, honest vendor!👍

The workmanship is beautiful! Shipping was incredibly fast. I received the product 2 days earlier than suggested. Unfortunately it did not look good on my gun do to the color scheme. I contacted the seller and explained that the grip did not look right and he offered a return without an issue. Seller is a great communicator, he responds almost immediately. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
