We got the ac.very fast and after putting it in my son's room.nocied the top was damaged maybe FedEx dropped it idk. But also the screws was missing i left the seller know and took pics. He asked if it was working I said no.i left him know he got me another one out ASAP. Had that one with in 2 days .he was very helpful. Very nice.and answered any ? The item came missing a vital part . Communication with this company was very unhelpful and slow at best .after 3 weeks of back and fourth they gave me a partial refund so that I can try to find a part to a propane appliance . (safety no concern to them) .They did offer a full refund . but I am honestly tired of having my money in limbo while vendors on ebay send products that need to be repacked and returned (waste of time ) I would not buy anything from this vendor.

Horrible seller. Said part was in NJ arriving 5/9-5/12. It was shipped from CA and arrived late on the 15th and it was the WRONG PART. Sent multiple messages and pictures for a return with very poor responses. Finally got a return label and sent it back. NO REFUND. Starting a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Dishonest, incompetent, uncooperative. Need to fight for refund. My worst ever purchase. Pictures show what I bought (shows clamps and bolts) and what they shipped.

Item was shipped promptly. It was packed professionally and arrived in good condition. I ordered product by mistake and the seller was very professional about it, allowing me to try the product. This piano sounds good and has a lot to offer, but it seems more for a beginner and not someone at an intermediate level. It is not touch sensitive.
