The description, value & features are what drew me to the product. Never received it. I don’t blame the seller. The post office lost it. the post office said they couldn’t locate it. The bad part is I had to open a eBay resolution case because the seller didn’t respond and ignored me. The only response to a dozen messages, including usps correspondence and claims and very articulated and thorough messages was a description of the package. I would have appreciated some correspondence and help.

I got the part as described, and within the estimated delivery window (on the very last day), but I tried contacting the seller twice to confirm it had actually shipped (tracking was showing it hadnt) and did not get a response either time. Thankfully it wasn't a real issue this time.
