Book arrived quickly and in described condition. Packaging was just a waterproof mailer that arrived already open on one end, but the book suffered no damage from exposure. Likely, it was caused during the shipping process. The price was incredibly fair for the condition, and shipping was free. It cost far less than ordering it through their company website. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Never received the item. The postman arrived at my home on April 14 with a large empty envelope that should have contained the atlas. The postman said I should refuse the delivery. The postman held the envelope and I photographed the empty envelope. I sent these notes and photos to Ebay and the seller. Now the seller says that tracking shows the Atlas is on its way again. The tracking shows the item was attempted delivery and refused as I described. There is no tracking showing on its way!

The book arrived safe, though it would have been damaged had I not been home when it arrived. The packaging was not water tight, and the post office had no choice but to leave it in a wet place when delivering it. My only complaint is that this valuable book should have been more securely packaged. Arrived in good condition, as described, within the expected timeframe. Happy with my purchase.

Not the edition I was looking for, but not the seller's fault. They listed it correctly, I just mistakenly assumed there was only one B&N edition. Seller shipped quickly and was quick to help set up a return. Not my first purchase from them. Their products are usually great and their service is always excellent.

Package arrived in a plastic bag on international travel , where it changes hands multiple times throughout its travel. Due to that corners are completely squashed on this hard cover book. Not going to tell the seller how to conduct his business however common sense would suggest using other ( sturdier packaging materials ) when shipping items especially books. I’m leaving positive feedback regardless, however it isn’t deserved in this particular instance.

Seller did NOT respond even after 36 hours to a request for refund due to this book being NOT AS DESCRIBED. Described as "very good" with "no highlighting" (see pics of highlighting) and minimal cover wear (see pics of cover). It was NOT packaged properly for shipment (see 2 pics). Had to go thru eBay to request return/refund. Also, I will need a RETURN PACKAGE to go along with that RETURN LABEL.

Great Seller. The book arrived in a plastic bag with no padding. When I opened the package, the hardcover book had damage to its top edge and top binding. The Seller stated that if he had another book in stock, he would have exchanged it. Since he did not, he offered a full refund with no questions asked and sent easy return instructions. Since the book was inexpensive, I decided to keep it.
