Seller provided fast professional service but the carrier dropped the ball on delivery time. This package was delayed for unexplained reasons multiple times resulting in expected delivery date being delayed multiple times. Unexplained delays and scripted tracking posts where not supported by a real departure scan from previous facilities. Not quality service from the carrier. Not the sellers fault! Item was exactly as described in listing. It was well packaged and protected when it arrived.

A screw was missing apparently from the factory assembly. Seller originally told me to contact the manufacturer and resolve it myself. Then offered to send a new set of exchange rings after I complained. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a complete set of screws today. I will buy from them direct in the future. The slightly lower price on eBay was not worth jumping through hoops for the seller, who could have easily done more to start with, but didn't.

We had a situation arise where I received an empty package. The envelope had been damaged in transit and the contents were missing. Upon notification the seller immediately issued an apology for the inconvenience along with a full refund. Would definitely do business with them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the Trevox airgun. Listed as used but I don't believe it had ever been fired. Extremely happy my purchase. Item arrived in great time, my only complaint was the rudimentary packaging. They taped and labeled and shipped in the original box for Pete's sake. All that said, I would recommend this seller.

Would very much recommend this seller. The product was exactly as described/shown- brand new original Ruger magazines (not knock offs) at a great price. It shipped immediately but the USPS temporarily "lost" it and the seller reached out and got it corrected and it arrived exactly one week after I placed the order. That is a totally acceptable time for shipping but understand the extra 3 days was caused by USPS, not the seller. I will certainly do more business with this seller !!!!

The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the picture of item shows the barrel with being ported. The fact is it is not a ported barrel. The seller didn't claim it to be ported just the picture is misleading .The barrel is packaged brand new and fits my Mossberg 500 as I already installed it. I suspect these are older stock barrels as my brother replaced his last year and his came ported. Anyway, It arrived very quickly and packaged well.
