I ordered what was pictured, 5 Victor gaskets on a factory card. What I got was apparently 5 Gates gaskets mailed loose with NO tracking in a plain envelope, with no protection at all. The seller should have been honest about the brand, and taken more care in shipping them, even if he had to charge a little more for the effort. So you be the judge as to the seller's actions. The gaskets did arrive undamaged, but I consider that more luck than anything.

Sorry to have this experience with a seller. no communication and had to contact eBay to get seller to ship spark plug. Needless to say the shipping took 3 + weeks. Please read reviews before ordering from seller. Also packing came damaged fingers crossed the spark plug works.

This item did not match the description or the pictures. It was missing several parts that make up the complete assembly I thought I was purchasing. The parts missing are included in the description but not in the package. It took over a month to get it in the mail just to find out it's not correct. I have a very unsatisfied customer and now have to wait even longer to get the correct part. Will not buy from this seller again. On a positive note, the seller was polite when I called.

The description states that there are new, but one of the bolts was obviously used! There’s still grease in the threads and the threads are messed up. There’s no packaging that states they’re even ACDelco like it’s advertised. I contacted the seller twice and never received any response. I’m left with no choice but to leave negative feedback for this transaction. Please don’t buy from this seller!

I’ve placed my order 4 weeks ago. It hasn’t been shipped, I’ve contacted the seller and no answer. I’ve just checked the reviews and apparently it’s what the seller does. What to say? It’s a waste of time, I don’t believe the positive reviews that says the seller was helpful and answered fast, there are good sellers and bad ones. If there were issues he could just say that and cancel the order themselves. After 4 weeks and no news it shows the total lack of respect for the customers.

Do not order parts from this seller if you need your item sooner than later. I ordered April 4th. After seeing no prgress I contacted seller 2X asking if it shipped with no response. Opened claim with Ebay, still no response from seller. Part arrived 4/21. Will not buy from this seller again.

New gates water pump boxed well inside the gates box was destroyed and packing tape for a lid and gaskets missing. Contacted vendor twice about them sending me the gaskets. They chose not to respond Cost me $7.00 to buy gaskets. Why would you ship something this shabby when it reflects on your company? And then ghost the buyer when they asked for help?
