The iFuxitzone guys are good to work with. When I had questions they were answered promptly. When the shipper lost my package they quickly ordered new tires to be delivered. However, I have nothing good to say about FedEx. They lost part of my first shipment then on the replacement shipment, FedEx delivers my package on the side of a well traveled road. Anyone driving by could have taken my package. FedEx shipping service is really poor and the driver was to lazy to deliver the package closer.

All four tires arrived at the same time. I questioned the seller before buying about the age of the tires. Seller could not provide exact date code. Seller replied that the age of the tires varies between 1-3 years even though the tires are listed as new. The date code on the tires I received was 1622, meaning 16th week of 2022. I was hoping the tires would be no more than 1 year but the price was great, about $500 off with free shipping. I am glad I got them for a great price. AAA+++

These would have arrived in 3 days but FedEx delayed delivery due to weather & delivered today. They were shipped out quickly from their warehouses ! As described/shown by seller and are GR8 looking tires! 3 are 17/24 & 1 is 27/24 DOT codes and I appreciate having them this close!! .Great Seller! Super fast shipping (got my tires within 3 days) and they stand behind the product they sell. I ordered the wrong size tires. Not only did they not charge me a restocking fee for returning the tires that are in the wrong size, they also covered the whole shipping cost to ship them back to them, and they're heavy, that couldn't be cheap shipping them each way. Once the wrong sized tires got back to seller's shop, I got my full refund back from them immediately. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

when a problem arise and it's the customer's fault, how the seller handle that problem and correct it is what in my opinion speaks volume to that company. My Family member wrote down the wrong tire size, off by the middle number by 5. Told them to do an exchange. Fully ready to take a restocking fee hit because it's my fault for ordering wrong but hoping that it's not too much. Not only did they pay the shipping costs to ship the wrong tires back to them, they fully refunded 100% of my money 2
