This seller was beyond amazing! The item was exactly as pictured appreciate wise. Lights are bright and vibrant this piece has great quality. Fair price, fast response time on messages and shipping. The time taken in packaging to make sure I received the item was above and beyond what I expected. Received shipping wise in excellent condition with no issues. Was worried at first because I heard noise when I picked up the box but it was just the chain moving inside. I'll be a return customer.

The quality and appearance of the sign was absolutely amazing! It came very well packaged and in good condition. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, HOWEVER when I contacted the seller they were very polite and explained why. I was very happy with how quick and polite they were! No complaints here! Great value for the price. I will return to this seller again I. The future if I buy another LED sign.

Great customer service! Ordered a sign for the holidays, but the first sign unfortunately showed up damaged. Immediately sent a message and got a quick response saying that they would rectify the issue. New sign showed up in some extra secure packaging to ensure the safety of the piece, and it’s BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't have asked for better! Ordered 5 signs total, and all 5 came unbroken and in a week or less. The fifth had an original tracking number and got lost in the mail, but they shipped another, and I received the tracking number for it PRIOR to it arriving at my door. I saw a review mentioned that said otherwise. Best prices and friendly service (Stacey) makes this company the real deal. Thx again so much!!!! Great job!

Beautiful sign. Perfectly wrapped, NOT cracked or damaged. Like most companies, this seller had growing pains initially, but they have improved their feedback ratings over the past year or two. This is one of 2 signs that arrived in 5 days! I think they may have changed the way they operate so that they ship from China to CA, then to CONUS addresses. The chances of cracks coming from China are eliminated. They changed something because the latest feedbacks are all positive. Man cave looks GREAT!

I ordered and received this sign it’s real nice. It was extremely well packed for shipping but I managed to break part of it unpacking it…my fault. I contacted them to see what could be done to get it fixed. They asked for some pictures after they received them.they graciously sent me replacement, easily installed part to fix it at no further cost to me. This company is 5 star all the way. They followed up to make sure all was well. I highly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars!!

The Seller of this Coca Cola Neon Sign (Infuturetech), was as honest, cooperative, and easy to deal with as any Seller I have ever bought from on eBay. Unfortunately, one of the neon tubes on the sign was damaged upon arrival. However, Infuturetech made the product return and reimbursement of my funds as simple and fast as possible with no issues at all. Seller has been very responsive to a damaged neon sign I purchased recently. They communicated what the problem was and how to resolve it. They are sending a new replacement tube to me with detailed instruction on how to replace the damaged tube. For clarification, damage to sign occurred during shipment and not the seller. It looks great I have no problem with the seller the problem I have is with UPS shipping I waited all day because UPS said my item will be delivered between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. that didn't happen I got an update on shipping saying 9:00 p.m. and then it changed again telling me is 7:00 p.m. was not too happy about that

I’m always scared when I buy anything that’s fragile, it usually doesn’t survive the shipping but I love this sign. It was so well packed that it took some time to unpack. I prefer to have to spend time unwrapping then trying to get a broken item replaced. I would defiantly buy from this seller again. The neon sign look outstanding in my outside bar.

Sign was packaged very well through shipment and the sign is exactly what I requested with very vibrant colors and nice design. Print looks amazing and the letters on the sign are perfect. Also communication while making up the sign and the design team was great with quick responses and communication. The sign turned out better than I imagined and also was made and delivered quickly. I just received this neon two days ago and to my utmost surprise, this Bud Light neon was absolutely gorgeous while the staff at Infuture tech packed this neon extraordinarily well to ensure the neon was protected from possible breakage.
