This item arrived broken out of the box, the chair frame was faulty and was not assembled correctly when it was built. I simply asked for a return from the seller, the seller refused. Wanting all these absurd details and offering me a less then 50% refund so I could take it somewhere and have it “fixed”. After several days of back and fourth messaging because the seller only will respond once every 24 hours I have just decided to give up and let karma do its thing. DO NOT BUY from this seller!

I ordered this item on June 20 and was led to believe I would be receiving it. I checked every day to see where it was and it stated that it was in transit. Then on July 3rd I received an email from PayPal stating that my payment had been refunded. I received nothing from the seller telling me why my payment was refunded and was not informed why I didn't receive my purchase. This was a bad transaction from this seller.
