The seller was great. The eBay misinformation regarding the car part I purchased was wrong. It specifically said, “ this item fits your car”. It didn’t, so it cost me $37.00 to ship the item wrong item back. THE LESSON I LEARNED….Don't trust eBay to help you determine a correct item. I believe eBay should reimburse me for $37 because of their misinformation…..I’m not holding my breath.

We shipped a fully functional cluster that was tested fine. The customer insisted that it wasn't working correctly so we paid to ship another one and of course it is doing the same thing. The buyer just can't admit that he/she has other problems in the vehicle. After spending $40 in shipping, etc, etc, and getting accused of sending faulty parts (when they are perfectly fine).. he is correct.. we aren't refunding. Part of being an adult is taking responsibility for your actions.. do it.

Seller was super quick and responsive. He was able to answer all my questions, and was actually able to help find the perfect match using my VIN. Product came fast-ish considering it was a holiday weekend, but the unit was as described and was plug and play with the correct VIN and mileage programmed. My dome lights, and power locks now work and the parasitic draw on my battery is gone! I am very pleased with everything and the cost vs going through the dealer can't be beat.
