Great service. Item as described, and very well packaged for shipping. Communication with seller was good. However, eBay’s tracking information was not…as updated information was nonexistent for approximately three (3) weeks, even after the shipment did arrive. Overall, a positive buying experience.

At first, I wasn't a happy camper because the item was not as described. The Buy it Now price was about $25-$30 below other similar items. I thought, "Well, I shop eBay looking for bargains." And, I found one. After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

First off, the seller is excellent, I’ve ordered a lot of different items from them and they’re always fast and reliable. BUT, if you’re gonna use this type of bridge on your layout DO NOT order these kits online, go purchase them from your local hobby shop. Every one I ordered online was broken in shipping… The only ones I’ve received that weren’t damaged were the single bridge in the blister pack, so I ordered those separately and the piers separately and it’s all good. So save your money!!😂
