++Original shipping very fast! 4 orders in 1packages This set of three orange cables w/three power plugs, had 2 defective. Defective shipped back to seller, took over month to get return shipping label. On 2024/11/18 (almost 2 months after getting original order), we got TWO replacement cables. they tested OK. we leave POS FB as seller finally took care of matter. Communication was slow on both sides, but mainly on sellers side. The other 3 cable orders were fine.

Got a good price on this charging adapter. Thought maybe since the picture showed 2 adapters I might be receiving two, but only received a single adapter, which is my mistake. Will be ordering a second one in the near future. Item arrived super fast in only a few days after I had ordered it. Item was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition. Item works fine. They are good cables. I had an issue with sending it to the right address but the seller could not help me out because the item was already shipped but they very responsive and ensured me that next time I order, they will use my new address thats on file. The address mistake was completely my fault as I haven’t used this platform in years and never took the time to properly update all of my information correctly. Owe this seller an apology. From the time I placed the order, it took about 3 days before it showed up in the USPS tracking. Then a few days later, it came within 35 miles from my home. And the Post Office just sat on it until I called them. ( 800-ASK-USP) The USPS agent told me that according to the tracking number provided that it was not my package, was not addressed to me, and was going to a different state. Then today, I get notice that its in the mail. GOOD! but not what I was expecting.

Arrived very late.....and not the 31/64th as stated. Seem to be 8mm like all the other vents these days . I don't know if it was bait and switch or just no longer carry 31/64ths . This seller never shipped these. I don't understand why sellers have listings and then don't carry through. People buy things they need and depend on having a seller care enough to send them. Matching the photo. Seller printed a label, never shipped them, wrote an email blaming the post office. His only job was to send what he had listed, if it got lost, send another item. This is not rocket science, it's how to sell. He never did anything & now I'm waiting for a refund.

When I filed a case, this seller shipped USED items while he posted listed as new. I would not buy from here, what a horrible experience. Sellers need to charge enough money to protect items in shipping, pay the seller fees, and the cost of the item. New items come in packages. He shipped this is just an envelope, no packaging and the item was clearly used. It's not right to sell like this and they seem to do it repeatedly.
