Item was as described. I ordered 2 at the same time from the same store. They shipped separately and messaged me that they shipped second. I guess there isn’t a way for them to send 2 tracking numbers, but the one without a tracking number came 2 days after the one with a tracking number. It just made me nervous. Technically, it’s marked as new (other) which it isn’t. It was refurbished. The description did state that at the top though.

Unfortunately the item was not packaged properly. Instead of packing the microwave glass in its proper place, it was shipped inside the microwave itself. This resulted in the microwave ring being broken. The ring was not taped securely in place. That being said. I informed seller via email and sent pictures showing how item arrived and different stages of unpacking. The seller PROVIDED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. If an item I needed was being sold by this seller. I would give them another chance.

The advertised product was described as an "open box". when item was received it was in a box that stated it was refurbished. Open box does not equal refirbished. Upon investigating, I determined that the unit sold as open box was actually at least 3 years old. I contacted the seller to explain the problem and was told that they had to refer the complaint to another department and I would receive a call back. No call back. MY ADVICE, RUN FROM THIS SELLER

Super fast delivery but Item not packaged well and box had REFURBISHED written all over it. Item description said NEW? Sent message to seller about refurbished item received. No response back from seller. Checked other seller's items and others clearly described as REFURBISHED. But my item was not listed as such. Not honest advertising and non-response just not good Ebay business practice. Item seems to be working so far or I would have given a negative review. Just be honest.

Well sadly it got here but was damaged. They saw pictures and issued a refund.. there is not another offered at that price to replace it.. so out time and waiting to see if they get another.. I asked that they contact me when one comes in.. I received "put it on your watch list". Well there are some listed but for more .. I will do business with this company again and recommend them. But I still don't have a microwave ��

The item arrived on time (Nov 22, 2023) and it was to be given as a Christmas gift, so i did not open it up to check if it works. I found out after it was given as a gift that it did not work (i.e., did not power up even when plugged in). Although it was past the 30 day period, the seller still provided a prompt and full refund after the return of the defective GPS,. including free shipping and handling. I am really pleased with the service and would 100% buy from the seller again.

The first one I ordered didn't even turn on. So I returned it. I ordered another I e since it was such a good price. Three and a half weeks later I've still to see it shipped and am constantly ignored by the seller. If there's an issue with supply at least offer to cancel but when I try to cancel they say it's too late. Not happy with this company.

The item was listed as New (Other). It was refurbished, so as ISave is not an authorized dealer, there is no warranty. This should have been stated in description. Item works and has no cosmetic damage, but I expected a warranty, so I am not as happy of a buyer as I would have been. Shipped fast, got it a day before predicted. Loose packaging inside box in bubble wrap, factory refurbished box (see pic). Due to not stating refurbished in description, & no warranty, I won't use this seller again

Purchased item became half price immediately after I placed an order. Contacted seller to resolve the issue but instead of actually addressing it, they just forced me to understand them and move on. I just got this from security when I got an email that my packages came and apparently it was dentand on the corner of the frame and plastic door. I let the seller know and he definitely stands by his product. I definitely would purchase from the seller again. I was dreading having to send it back to get it exchanged or whatever. I bought this watch and it was immediately shipped though never made it to the carrier's facility, I messaged them about it and never got a response, checked their main shop, and nothing revealed them being on vacation and had to wait 2-3 weeks for eBay to get a refund from this dude :/ but if you're planning to buy from this seller, be aware of this.

Transaction eventually turned out positive. Item was initially lost in transit by FedEX. Ebay showed that it was delivered, when it really wasn't. Package was delivered to another address in the same zip code. Tracking numbers were delayed in FedEx computer system making it difficult to follow the second shipment. This seems to be a reoccurring problem if you follow seller's feedback. I did receive the item in good order (after 11 days) and communication was good. Buyer Beware.

First it got delivered to the wrong address and when they redelivered it to my address the box was wet and damaged. The microwave had a good size dent on the side from shipping. The seller dad a great job sorting out the problems and took care of everything very well. It was not the sellers fault but he fixed it. With a small price adjustment for the shipping damage I am very happy with the unit. Thank you.

A reassuring and fantastic e-shopping experience. Despite the carrier mis-sending my expensive item and then erroneously reporting they had delivered it to my door step. The Ebay merchant " isave" stepped up and caught the error before I had. They advised me right away of the mishap.
