10/10. Isopod factory delivers an excellent service and product. I bought some Zebra and Clown isopods from them and the box they arrived in was in good condition. Everything looked great. All isopods were alive and well. They even included a cold pack at no extra cost, and gave me upgraded shipping (UPS costs more than USPS) for free to get it to me the week i ordered it rather than waiting until the following monday to ship them out. They are willing to communicate and respond quickly.

Wow!! This is by far the best experience I've had buying isopods. This seller was communicative and helpful. All of my isopods arrived healthy and thriving! Incredible packaging and they included plenty of extra isos. I won't say my final count because I don't want others to expect that many but I will say, if you're trying to count them before you put them in your enclosure, dig through very carefully. I just kept finding more and more! Not a single DOA. I also really appreciate the care sheet!

Once again, no complaints! You can tell that the seller really cares about these little guys as the packaging is always stellar and secure. The heating pack that came with the purchase was still warm on arrival - very surprising considering the colder weather we’ve been getting! The seller makes sure that there are PLENTY OF EXTRAS in case any don’t make it during transit. Money well spent, I am very very happy with all my new isopods. Wow! I just got my package and I am genuinely so happy. I've purchased isopods before whether that be at expos or online, and I can positively say that Isopod Factory LLC is the best seller that I have ever purchased from. The box had cute little panda king stickers on it, and a nice little note inside. The isopods were very secure so they wouldn't get thrown around in the box. I am super happy with the isopods, which all arrived alive and well. And now are making themselves at home in their vivarium. I was also very impressed with the amount of care that they were packaged. They were well insulated and shipped in an oversized box to allow for extra insulation and even included a heat pack. Which insured they had as pleasant a trip as could be hoped for. Definitely will go to this seller again for any future isopod needs
