Dreadful service. Ordered a 10kg bag of seed nearly £50. Waited 3 days, no seed, contacted them, they said they would sort it out, another 3 days, no seed, waited yet another 3 days having contacted them over the weekend 9 days waiting and the tracking info never changed. Managed to contact YDL via APC to find out they had lost my consignment??! What had Ivisons done about it ? Nothing. They didn’t even offer me a partial refund when offering to send another bag. I did ask ! Very poor service.
