Customer never reached out with any issue. Customer has avoided all questions about sending pictures of damaged card. Customer demanded cardboard around shipment, which is not available for pwe shipping, the option listed and paid for by the buyer. Worst experience from a seller on eBay. If you’re that hard up for $8.00, I would have initiated a refund immediately and had you keep the card. The fact you won’t send pics tells me this buyer is dishonest.
