Sent a different saw than posted pics saw had been heavily used broken piece and missing the saw blade but they made it right and gave me a full refund promptly. First three photos are of what I received last two are of what the auction showed they were selling. I have bought several tools from them before and have always had good luck.

Shipping was fast unfortunately wrong product delivered, SAE sockets as opposed to Metric as ordered…communication was good however no more metric in stock so stuck with SAE, they gave me partial refund to make it right…I could have returned as well…overall positive experience👍🏻

The seller is great, I got the box pretty quickly and it came packaged very nicely and everything went well. BUT I wouldnt buy this box again. I wouldnt recomend you buy it either unless you can get one for $10. I 100% do NOT believe the latches will hold up for very long much less I would NEVER trust them with 30 lbs in the can. I feel like it's been very overhyped and over priced by the manufacturer. But my transaction on here went just fine and I have ZERO complaints about the seller.

Good Seller: packed well, shipped quickly, arrived on time, in good condition. NOTE: Item is 'loose pack, not in manufacturer packaging, and only item marking is 'PH3', so you don't really know who / what 'K Tool' is. Also, not marked Taiwan, China, etc, so you can't be sure of the quality. I just hope it turns out to be hand impact tool rated. Not tried it yet.
